FRONT OF HOUSE
A highly qualified, engaging, attentive and friendly staff awaits you at Pueo's Osteria. We hire passion and then we take them through a very intense training that includes farm tours and food and wine tastings. "Our very first day of training took place at Kekela Farms, we toured the farm and then we ate lunch at the farm, such a great way to introduce a team to the farm to table approach" said Pueo's former Executive Admin, Natalia Mastrascusa.
As for the front of the house decor, you will see Tuscan colors, venetian stucco, wood style floors, granite bar top, arches, al fresco dining, semi-open kitchen and custom wood chairs.
BACK OF HOUSE
For the back of the house, we also hire passionate and motivated people. Passion for delivering great dishes, passion for creating a relationship with our local framers. Our cooks enjoy the continuous education that takes place at Pueo's. Our back of the house is deeply involved in the creation of new menus.
If you take a peek into our kitchen you will see the chefs making gnocchi, home-made pastas and sauces, always focusing on flavor and consistency.
